Product Description: 3/4" Bore 10 Tooth Centrifugal Go Kart Clutch with Predator 212 Clutch Bolt and Washer Kit. Designed for compatibility with 3/4" bore engines ranging from 2-6.5HP, this clutch is perfect for single-wheel belt direct drive karts with rear tires no larger than 15" tall. It fits small engines like HONDA GC160, GC190, GX120, GX140, GX160, and GX200, as well as Tecumseh 6.5 horsepower motors with a 3/4" bar shaft and 3/16" keyway.

Assembly Instructions: To install a new clutch on your go-kart, follow these steps. First, remove the outer drive cover and loosen the nuts on the engine mounting plate. Slide the engine back to loosen the drive chain and remove it from the drive wheel sprocket. Take out the bolt and washers from the end of the engine crankshaft, noting the location of spacers and washers. Remove the old clutch from the crankshaft and align the key in the bore of the new clutch with the keyway on the crankshaft. Slide the new clutch onto the shaft and reinstall the bolt and washers. Tighten the bolt, reattach the drive chain, and slide the engine forward to tighten the chain. Make sure to tighten the nuts on the engine mounting plate and reinstall the outer drive cover.

Maintenance & Inspection: Perform these checks before every use. Oil the clutch bushing every 4 hours of use by getting oil between the housing and bushing. Check the chain tension, condition, and sprocket alignment, as well as inspect the clutch for any damaged, missing, or loose parts.

Clutch Slipping Tips: If your clutch is slipping, check the clutch weight RPM and engine power, as well as ensure the gear ratio is appropriate. Avoid driving too slowly, engaging in short stop-and-go driving, driving with your foot on the brake, changing tire size, overloading the machine with weight, or tampering with gear ratio or speed restrictions. Do not put oil inside the clutch holes as this can cause excessive slippage.

Compatibility: This heavy-duty mini bike clutch is designed for use with 3/4" bore engines, making it suitable for various Honda and Honda Cloned engines, as well as Briggs and Stratton engines.
